Okay, so the Bikini Blaster 7 and Victoria Secret videos were HARD, so I struggled. Because my arms are weak, I had to pause multiple times. I’m hoping to get them stronger by the end of the year. But as of right now, they’re dead and it’s hard to hold things in my hands and even type this post, haha.

A bit of a longer #workout than I usually would do, but I had all of this energy to let out, so I went until I couldn’t do anymore. I’m feeling great, and I definitely feel it walking up and down the stairs. I’m also a little wobbly walking now, haha. Let’s see how I am tomorrow. Anyway, my legs aren’t as muscular and defined as they were before. I’m really making an effort to extend my workout time to just a teeny bit longer. Even 5-10 minutes would be ideal. My goal this year is to really focus on my fitness. My resolution last year was a little vague and unclear (To become healthier). I mean, you get the idea, but it just wasn’t very specific. Of course, I’ve progressed so much because I’m eating healthier than I ever have before, and I’m exercising! I’m really focusing on strength and muscle-building this year. This was WICKED KILLER. I love #FitnessBlender a lot ❤ I usually do HIIT on Wednesdays, but I decided to go hard and go total body today with their new 1000 Calorie workout. Man, it was quite the challenge, but I did a lot better than I would’ve imagined. I pushed myself and completed it. It’s the longest #workout I’ve done in awhile, but I’m feeling amazing! Thank you, FitnessBlender. You two have transformed my body, and you’ve made me physically and mentally stronger. ☺ I truly appreciate your free and effective workouts.
Oh, and with an epic workout comes an epic playlist. These songs got me pretty pumped up and ready to dominate the workout!

#Workout: I usually do HIIT and a toning routine on Sundays, but I wasn’t feeling up to it, plus I was extremely low on time, so I just did some Pilates. First time using my Nike Training Club app for my #workout today. It’s a lot more challenging than I suspected, but I was wrong to underestimate Nike. It’s great to have something new that challenges me because I’ve been doing the same routines for awhile now. I need to build up some more muscle and avoid plateaus, so switching it up is the right way to go! 💪 Also, does anyone else miss Justin Timberlake’s music? I absolutely love that old pop and R&B sound. I just miss old pop music overall, like Britney, BSB, Christina, etc. Haha. Label box is so much easier on iPhone than android! Haha, anyway, here is today’s #workout. I think the most important thing is bouncing back after a bad day or a good cheat. I went overboard and enjoyed myself on my birthday because I could yesterday, and even though I was bloated, I don’t really regret it. A few months back, I’d feel sluggish and unmotivated after a cheat meal. I’m glad I’ve learned from the past, and now I’m going at such a good pace in my fitness goals. Yes, I do enjoy myself a lot more now, but if I had never gone through those tough times where I had trouble with eating and exercise, I would’ve never learned and had any experiences. Anyway, I just wanted to look back. I feel like now that the New Year is approaching, I’ll be looking back on this past year a lot more and analyzing. Haven’t done that HIIT #workout in a long time, so it really burned me out! Ouch. I’m glad I did it though. I need to get back into the swing of things now that winter break is technically here! I have tomorrow, then I’m off. Anyway, I really need to strengthen my hip flexors because that will most likely help me through pilates and running too. I really need to reduce my mile time. I literally broke out during those Bon Jovi songs, haha. Anyway, I passed my Algebra 2 final today with an 80%, and I’m pretty happy. I would’ve been content with a 70% even, but a B, I’ll take it! I’m not failing in that class, but compared to my other classes, this one is my worst. I’m not sure what my current grade in that class is because my teacher hasn’t updated the book, but we’ll see. I’m at a C right now (which is terrible), but I’ve improved so much, so I’m happy. :) Winter break is here! So happy! I am done with studying for now, and I’m happy with the grades I got on my finals. Whew! I’m just ready for break right NOW. If anyone knows how to strengthen up your hip flexors, please let me know. I seem to have lost all of my strength there. I’ve been eating a bit more and I feel a lot better. My body just needs to learn to work with the proper amount of food. Anyway, I passed my biology final with a 92% today. Honestly, I was very terrified because I read the first question and thought that I was going to fail the entire thing, but I studied, so I was over exaggerating. Anyway, I now have almost straight A’s. I just need to pass tomorrow’s algebra II final, and possibly that’ll bump my grade up a bunch! My Spanish teacher rarely enters grades, so that’s why I have a B-…. It’s exactly one week before Christmas, so hope you all are finishing this week strong! I have two more days of school. I don’t understand why we have to learn new material if we are honestly going to forget everything when we come back….
