This was WICKED KILLER. I love #FitnessBlender a lot ❤ I usually do HIIT on Wednesdays, but I decided to go hard and go total body today with their new 1000 Calorie workout. Man, it was quite the challenge, but I did a lot better than I would’ve imagined. I pushed myself and completed it. It’s the longest #workout I’ve done in awhile, but I’m feeling amazing! Thank you, FitnessBlender. You two have transformed my body, and you’ve made me physically and mentally stronger. ☺ I truly appreciate your free and effective workouts. 

Oh, and with an epic workout comes an epic playlist. These songs got me pretty pumped up and ready to dominate the workout!

#HIIT it today. I haven’t done HIIT in exactly a week, so I was a little scared getting into it. I stayed strong and gave it my all. My legs were giving out, but I finished. I absolutely love this type of #workout because you never know when it’s going to stop and go again. Label box is so much easier on iPhone than android! Haha, anyway, here is today’s #workout. I think the most important thing is bouncing back after a bad day or a good cheat. I went overboard and enjoyed myself on my birthday because I could yesterday, and even though I was bloated, I don’t really regret it. A few months back, I’d feel sluggish and unmotivated after a cheat meal. I’m glad I’ve learned from the past, and now I’m going at such a good pace in my fitness goals. Yes, I do enjoy myself a lot more now, but if I had never gone through those tough times where I had trouble with eating and exercise, I would’ve never learned and had any experiences. Anyway, I just wanted to look back. I feel like now that the New Year is approaching, I’ll be looking back on this past year a lot more and analyzing. Haven’t done that HIIT #workout in a long time, so it really burned me out! Ouch. I’m glad I did it though. I need to get back into the swing of things now that winter break is technically here! I have tomorrow, then I’m off. Anyway, I really need to strengthen my hip flexors because that will most likely help me through pilates and running too. I really need to reduce my mile time. I literally broke out during those Bon Jovi songs, haha. Anyway, I passed my Algebra 2 final today with an 80%, and I’m pretty happy. I would’ve been content with a 70% even, but a B, I’ll take it! I’m not failing in that class, but compared to my other classes, this one is my worst. I’m not sure what my current grade in that class is because my teacher hasn’t updated the book, but we’ll see. I’m at a C right now (which is terrible), but I’ve improved so much, so I’m happy. :) Winter break is here! So happy! I am done with studying for now, and I’m happy with the grades I got on my finals. Whew! I’m just ready for break right NOW. Yesterday’s #workout. I’m back to four-a-week, but when Christmas break arrives, I’ll be back to normal schedule! 6 more days! Anyway, I know for sure that I’m not getting enough food, so that’s why I haven’t been making any gains. I added more food into my daily eating, and have noticed a drastic change, mentally and physically. I’ve just been all caught up with school and finals that I somehow ‘forget’ to eat…. Back on track now. I took my world history final today, and I passed that with a 99%! I just missed one question that kept me from a 100%, but I’m proud of myself. I didn’t expect such a high score, but I put effort into studying and preparing myself, so it really paid off. :) I just finished my four-page, 51-question study guide for my biology final on Tuesday. I also have an Algebra II final on Wednesday, and that, I really need to prepare for because the practice run wasn’t that great. I’m not stressing too much now whatsoever because that 99% really started off the finals grading period well! One final down, two to go! I’m glad the Spanish and English final are after break! I didn’t do this HIIT #workout as perfectly as I did before. I’ve also been feeling very flabby and untoned lately, and I’m not sure why. It could be that I’m not eating enough, but I’ve been eating pretty normal. Maybe I need a little bit of an increase? Not entirely sure, but I’ll keep an eye on everything. I’ve just not been feeling well overall recently. Just physically because I haven’t been able to get through my workouts the same…. Anyway, we didn’t do anything in PE today, so I wasn’t too sore to do HIIT. I took the advantage and completed one. Like I said, I haven’t been feeling too great physically. :/ I feel the muscles and tone, but I’m not seeing any on the outside. So, I decided to try something a little new, which is a #ZWOW #workout. I’ve been following Zuzana since BodyRock, but I failed constantly at the exercises. This was when I was starting my journey to become healthier and fitter, so it wasn’t a good starting point. There are days where I feel invincible, and today is one of those days. Mentally, I didn’t feel tired or burned out at all after the routine, but I had to listen to my aching lower body. I found that ZWOW to be fairly easy besides the leg lift burpees, but I wasn’t too far behind. My core is getting stronger, so the twisted sit-ups went pretty well. :) I’ve also gone 2-3 weeks without working my upper body, so I needed to do that. My arms aren’t as weak as I thought they’d be. To make the moves more effective overall, I did simple things like walked in place. Anyways, great end to this vacation. Today wasn’t extremely productive, but I got to rest. Back to school tomorrow…..
