


ANOTHER ~FEAR FOOD~ HAS BEEN CONQUERED⦠And it was DELICIOUS! Hehe. š After being stuck inside a food store for nearly an hour without any power during a near hurricane, having to drive (with my mom!) on streets without working lights, going to ANOTHER food store, having trouble calling in late for work (since I was supposed to be in at 3:00Ā pm⦠aka over an hour ago⦠And now, after getting ready to leave, they got somebody to cover my shift⦠SMFH!!) cause my phone kept breaking up (AND THEN IT DIEDā¦), THEN finding out my brotherās car basically broke down and having to leave the food store in a rush to get home⦠forgetting lots of things⦠Iām finally home, 3.5 hours later⦠And all I had since my post-workout breakfast, was a Nature Valley granola bar and some watermelon, so this super late #lunch was EARNED!! Haha. š It filled me up, but not too much, and it made my tummy happy! Iām so proud of myself⦠This past week, Iāve not only treated myself multiple times, but Iāve also upped my intake, and havenāt felt any regret, or any hatred towards for body by doing so. š This lunch was an egg bagel from Dunkin Donuts with light cheese spread, lettuce, lean turkey, tomato, salsa + plain Greek yogurt, and spinach⦠along with my usual steamed fresh veggies with plain Greek yogurt + ranch powder alongside. š SOOOOOO. FREAKINā. GOOOOOD! And TOTALLY worth it! This was also a more calorie-dense meal, but I 100% could CARE LESS! I need those calories, and I finally realize that. And I honestly love eating more (and listening to my body) now! I donāt eat 100% healthy, and I donāt even care. To me, eating 80%-90% healthily, rather than 100%, truly means I AM living healthy⦠and actually living. āŗā¤ #healthy #balance #moderation #food #intuitiveeating #recovery (Taken with Instagram)

#Balanced #lunch, yes? š Even though I havenāt eaten 100% ācleanlyā this past week, Iām treating myself to a small piece of #pizza with my lunch today. Why? Because, for one, I eat #healthy 90% of the day⦠It wonāt hurt me. Two, Iām young and Iām not worrying about every little thing I consume anymore. And three, pizza is delicious, and we ordered from a different place today that I wanted to try out⦠š Iām also having some lean turkey for added protein, and veggies/steamed veggies with plain Greek yogurt + ranch powder. (Aside from some watermelon cubes and a small piece of my protein bread loaf⦠Haha.) Iāve also been needing to up my intake, and I will happily do so! I have absolutely no regrets⦠This is SUCH big #progress for me, too, considering after my few āindulgencesā lately, Iām finally starting to listen to my body and eat intuitively.
