


My favorite, legs day! :D So my legs and back were the targets for today’s #workout. I could definitely feel my calves while doing those calf raises, and I mean the muscle that’s developing. My legs were shaking by the time I I did the “Slimmer Inner Thighs and Runner’s Calves” video, but I didn’t quit. I endured that video. I’m thankful for strong legs, but they weren’t always strong. All of that work and effort really pays off! They’re getting a lot tighter and toner too, thanks to pilates and HIIT altogether. My back has also been coming along quite nicely. I haven’t been working them for long enough to really see a difference, so I’m being patient. In other news, my arms are very sore.
