


Yay for #legs day! My favorite! I felt like I haven’t done squats in awhile, so I decided to do the Call Me Maybe Squat Challenge. Man, did that burn! Squats are so good for your legs and bottom, but they are torture. I’m just glad that I love them more than I dislike them. For the Bikini Blaster 7 video, I did some of the moves without weights because my arms are still a little shaky from Monday. I know it kind of defeats the whole purpose, but even without the dumbbells, I was aching. I figured instead of destroying the correct form with the weights, why not do everything correctly without them? Well, I tried. Anyways, I had a flashback moment while doing these videos. I remember not being able to bring my leg up and out in front of me while having the other flex and point. I mean, I couldn’t even lift my leg up. Progress, progress, progress!
